Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks a Surgical Technician to assist the operating room team with sterile field maintenance and instrument preparation. You will pass instruments and medications, supporting safe patient care throughout procedures.

This role requires 6 months of OR experience or completion of a scrub tech course, with BLS/CPR and SEIU-representation awareness. High school diploma or an associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate or technical degree preferred.
• 6 months OR experience or completion of scrub tech course is required.
• Surgical Technician Certification preferred.
• BLS/CPR from an approved vendor required.
• SEIU-represented position

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team with operating room preparation and procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field during procedures.
• Prepare instruments and supplies for use.
• Pass instruments and medications as needed.
• Support safe patient care during operations.
