Centralus Health seeks a Surgical Technician to join the Arnot Health Surgical Department. Under RN supervision, you will support the nursing staff in patient care, instrument handling and sterile technique, across a busy OR environment.

Responsibilities include assisting in OR setup, patient positioning, prepping, draping, and perioperative care. A credentialed surgical tech or LPN with OR experience is required, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program and maintain credentialing.
• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.
• LPN credential or surgical tech background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing operating rooms, instruments, and supplies.
• Support surgeons and nurses in patient positioning and prepping.
• Maintain sterile technique and standard precautions.
• Assist with perioperative care and patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with team and patients.
• Adhere to department policies and quality improvements.
