Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program required.
• Experience: Less than 1 year in surgical tech preferred.
• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.
• Certification: CST from NBSTSA or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reprocess instruments after each case.
• Prepare and maintain sterile field and equipment for procedures.
• Assist surgical team with draping, positioning and specimen handling.
• Ensure instrument counts and proper functioning of equipment throughout cases.
• Follow infection control policies and regulatory guidelines.
