Job summary

Required education includes a GED and an accredited sterile processing or surgical technology program.

Qualifications

• GED or higher is required for the role.
• Graduate of an accredited sterile processing or surgical technology program.
• In lieu of the course, 5 years of SPD/OR experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Foster close SPD-OR collaboration to anticipate needs and bridge gaps.
• Ensure surgeon satisfaction, case completion, and patient safety through problem solving.
