Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up operating room with instruments and supplies for scheduled cases.
• Assist in safe patient transport and proper positioning for surgery.
• Verify surgical site and procedure per safety goals.
• Scrub and gown surgeons and staff; pass instruments and sharps.
• Assist with instrument and supply accounting and autoclave sterilization.
• Support endoscopic procedures and gastric/abdominal instrumentation.
• Assist with room decontamination and restocking after procedures.
• Adhere to confidentiality and patient privacy standards.
• Assist RN/Physician as needed and directed.
