Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Current LPN licensure or completion of Surgical Tech Trainee program with at least 6 months in job, or RN program completion, or 2 years scrub experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up for scheduled cases with needed supplies and instrumentation.
• Assist in safe patient transport to OR and proper positioning.
• Follow sterile technique and aseptic procedures.
• Assist in instrument accounting, passing to surgeon.
• Support in OR cleanup and restocking.
