Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse; compact licenses transfer within 60 days of start date.
• BSN required from an accredited institution; degree verified.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN requirement updated as of 4/27/2025; pre-change hires grandfathered.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient/family involvement, education, and referrals.
• Implement care with delegation and coordination, managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate outcomes and revise the plan as needed.
