Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required as of the 4/27/2025 update.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients’ physical, social, and psychological status using interdisciplinary information.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Coordinate and direct the interdisciplinary care team to implement the plan of care.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the plan of care as needed.
• Maintain professional documentation, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
