Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN required; BSN must be from an accredited institution and verified.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• BSN degree is required as of last update (4/27/2025).
• RNs with <12 months experience must complete BSN within 4 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care to ensure timely delivery within plan and resources.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise care plan as needed.
