Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution; BSN required as of 4/27/2025.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Plan individualized care with patient/family involvement and referrals as needed.
