Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN from an accredited program; BSN required as of the last update.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan individualized patient care and involve patient, family, and team in the plan.
• Coordinate and delegate care, manage time and resources effectively.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism and document accurately in accordance with licensure and standards.
