• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire is required.
• Six months of nursing experience or active Nurse Residency participation is required.
• Ability to learn quickly, work in a team, and maintain accountability and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per evidence-based policies to diverse patient populations.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and families and ensure understanding.
• Adhere to ANA Code for Nurses and organizational competencies.
• Lift 35 lbs., push 10 lbs., stand 6 hours daily.
