Qualifications

• RN license to practice in New Jersey is required by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of six months of nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within three years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Delegate, validate, evaluate and coordinate care with other caregivers.
• Provide high quality direct care and support to patients across a variety of complex conditions.
