• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.
• Six or more months of relevant nursing experience OR Nurse Residency Program participant.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, and commitment to ongoing education.

• Direct and oversee care by delegating, validating, evaluating, and coordinating.
