Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months or more of relevant nursing experience, or active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, collaborate with the team, and deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care according to evidence-based policies and standards to ensure safe, individualized patient care.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop plans of care with patient/family involvement.
• Communicate and coordinate with physicians, peers, and support services to optimize outcomes.
• Assist with nursing documentation, medication administration, and patient education.
• Support discharge planning and transition of care to ensure continuity.
