Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Previous operating room and PACU experience preferred.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop a personalized plan of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate an integrated plan of care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Execute independent nursing actions while following physician directives.
• Delegate nursing tasks and supervise assigned activities.
• Provide safe, effective nursing care and advocate for patients.
• Coordinate care across settings and disciplines for seamless management.
• Promote health and engage in care coordination and patient education.

Education

Minnesota RN license

HeartCode BLS (required)

ACLS certification (within 90 days)

PALS certification (within 90 days)

Nursing License (preferred)

Associates of Nursing Diploma (preferred)

Bachelors of Nursing Diploma (preferred)
