Olmsted Medical Center is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a PRN Day shift in Minnesota. The position requires completion of an accredited professional nursing program and possession of a Minnesota RN license, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Previous operating room and PACU experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop a personalized plan of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate an integrated plan of care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions tailored to patient needs.
• Execute independent nursing actions while following physician-directed interventions.
• Delegate tasks and oversee activities to support care plan implementation.
• Provide safe, effective nursing care and advocate for patients.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate care across settings and disciplines for seamless management.
• Promote health, prevent disease, and engage in care coordination and education.
• Supervise nursing practice and maintain professional competencies.
