HealthPartners in Minnesota is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team and care for patients across the newborn to geriatric spectrum in the OR. You will support perioperative activities, assist in procedures, and help ensure efficient, cost-effective operations while upholding standards and patient satisfaction.

Under the Nurse Manager, you will adhere to policies, participate in ongoing education, and contribute to a collaborative surgical team.

Qualifications

• Completion of a baccalaureate program in nursing.
• Minnesota RN licensure and perioperative training or rotation.
• BSN/ASN with perioperative clinical experience as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees nursing care needs in the operating room across patient groups.
• Implements nursing activities for OR services and policies.
• Supports cost effective and efficient OR operations.
