Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Successful completion of all Orientation Programs and competency with documentation required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience preferred.
• Active NJ RN license or compact NJ endorsement.
• BLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope defined by the Nurse Practice Act and standards.
• Maintain safety and use evidence-based practice.
• Report safety issues and hazards.
• Know the patient population served.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.
