Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Operating Room (OR) at St. Francis Eastside.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, determine priorities, and support the surgical team in delivering safe, high-quality care. You will provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care, develop care plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state.
• BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred or to be obtained.
• CNOR preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team in the OR.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessment.
• Monitor patient during surgical procedure and ensure safety.
• Coordinate pre-, intra-, and post-operative care.
• Provide discharge instructions and post-op care planning.
