Bon Secours Mercy Health in Greenville, SC seeks a Registered Nurse for the Operating Room. You’ll provide high-quality perioperative care across pre-op, intra-op and post-op phases, with four 10-hour shifts and on-call rotation.

You’ll collaborate with the surgical team, assess patients, and develop care plans to ensure safe and efficient procedures. Requires a nursing degree (Associates or Bachelors) and current RN licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS are preferred and CNOR is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure
• BLS, ACLS or PALS preferred (must obtain if not current)
• CNOR and SGNA preferred but not required
• Two years of RN experience in a Critical Care setting is a plus, OR internship is helpful

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative nursing care across pre-op, intra-op and post-op phases.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans; manage the surgical environment and equipment.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge instructions as appropriate
• Observe and support the surgical team to maintain a safe, efficient procedure environment
