Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an Operating Room RN at St. Francis Medical Center. The role focuses on delivering high-quality perioperative nursing care, coordinating with the surgical team, and ensuring safety across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred, required within 6 months based on department needs.
• Two years of RN experience in a Critical Care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in the Operating Room.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to assess and plan patient care.
• Lead pre-op, intra-op and post-op patient care and discharge instructions.
• Ensure safety and therapeutic environment for surgical patients.
