Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Georgia with active license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required for certain departments.
• Multi-state license (eNLC) required within 60 days of hire where applicable.
• Experience and ability to work in a fast-changing clinical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Maintains accurate documentation in electronic/physical records.
• Identifies learning needs and connects patients with resources.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and mentors staff.
