Qualifications

• BSN or ADN with required experience per posting.
• Current RN license in Georgia.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required.
• Multistate compact license within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs thorough patient assessments and evaluates care outcomes.
• Develops and implements individualized patient care plans.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
