Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician to provide expert nursing care aligned with the AACN Synergy Model. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advocate for patients and families.

This role emphasizes leadership responsibilities, potential charge nurse duties, and participation in ongoing professional development. Must hold an active Georgia RN license and BLS; ACLS may be required in some departments.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Georgia.
• BSN or ADN with recent nursing experience as specified in the minimum qualifications.
• Certification in BLS; ACLS may be required for certain departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform patient assessments and document care in records.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with input from patients and families.
• Identify learning needs and refer to appropriate resources.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and family care partners.
• Assist in orienting staff and students as needed.
