Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician with strong patient-care expertise to deliver nursing care per the Synergy Model. The role requires a valid Georgia RN license and BSN or ADN with recent experience, plus potential ACLS/BLS where department demands.

You will work within a collaborative, patient-centered team, contribute to care planning, documentation, and ongoing professional development in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BSN with 12 months nursing experience in past five years or recent RN re-entry program.
• ADN with minimum 2 years nursing experience in past five years.
• Current Georgia RN license.
• BL S certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments.
• If virtual care includes multi-state practice, active compact/multistate license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective, and independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and develops care plans with patient/family input.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identifies learning needs and recommends resources for patient/family.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team; mentors staff as needed.
• Supports policy revisions based on evidence and quality improvement.
