Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an RN Clinician- Specialty Services to provide expert nursing care aligned with the AACN Synergy Model. You will assess patients, plan and implement care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a BSN or ADN with RN licensure, BLS (ACLS may be required per department), and a commitment to ongoing professional development within Emory’s clinical lattice framework.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a BSN with RN licensure or an ADN with RN licensure and required experience or re-entry program.
• Current RN license in Georgia with valid BLS; ACLS may be required depending on department.
• Ability to apply AACN Synergy Model in clinical practice and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Develop and adjust patient care plans with input from patients and families.
• Document care in electronic and physical records accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and lead in absence of preceptors.
• Support quality improvement and professional development efforts.
