Job summary

Emory Healthcare in Atlanta seeks an RN Clinician who applies the AACN Synergy Model to deliver patient-centered nursing care. The role requires adapting to changing needs and serving as a resource for colleagues and families.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, developing care plans, documenting accurately, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Licensure in Georgia, BLS, and potential ACLS depending on department are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with BSN and 12 months of nursing experience within the past five years, or completion of a re-entry nursing program.
• Or ADN with minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience within the past five years.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS; ACLS may be required per department.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, independent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and adjusts care as needed.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with patient/family input and adjusts as needed.
• Documents care accurately in electronic and physical records.
• Identifies patient and family learning needs, recommending appropriate resources.
