Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years Operating Room experience.
• No new grads allowed.

Responsibilities

• Completes nursing assessment of patient conditions and plan care.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and communicates progress to the team.
• Contributes to safe medication handling and accurate documentation.
• Provides orientation and training to new staff on unit processes.
• Collaborates with the care team to update plans of care and ensure patient safety.
