Phoenix Children's in Gilbert seeks Experienced RNs for Pre-Op, PACU and Radiology coverage as part of its Perioperative Services expansion. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple procedural areas, participate in cross-training, and support weekend rotations. NO NEW GRADS, please.

Qualifications

• Pre-operative and PACU care for surgical patients.
• Pre-operative and PACU care for Radiology patients.
• Support of Interoperative Radiology procedures.
• Cross-coverage between perioperative and radiology services.
• Participation in call rotation and weekend coverage.
• Willingness to cross-train across multiple patient care settings.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing assessments across age and condition to determine care plan.
• Monitor patient responses and communicate status to care team and families.
• Ensure medication handling and documentation meets standards.
• Provide orientation and guidance to patients, families, and new staff.
• Collaborate with care team to implement coordinated plans of care.
