• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and Administrator to set policy and standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure on-time procedures; review schedules.
• Conduct staffing interviews and recommendations for hiring/termination.
• Develop orientation policies and training programs; monitor staff competency.
• Lead quarterly drills and infection control reporting as part of CQI.
