Job summary

Bucks County Surgical Suites in Chalfont, PA, is seeking an RN Operating Room Manager to lead perioperative services and coordinate nursing care for operative patients. The role requires leadership, teaching, and strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced surgical environment.

You will oversee staffing, resources, and quality initiatives while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Licensed current nurse in the state.
• CPR and advanced life support Certification required.
• One year of intra-operative experience required.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership and teaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care for operative patients.
• Serve as clinical resource for perioperative staff using evidence-based practices.
• Evaluate practice through quality and performance improvements.
• Communicate effectively with perioperative team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and manage change within the organization.
• Participate in staff interviews and evaluate performance.
• Ensure availability of personnel, equipment, and supplies.
• Pursue professional growth and participate in professional organizations.
