Job summary

Nuehealth-Management-Services-LL seeks an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site role at our Ambulatory Surgery Center in Bryn Mawr, PA. Responsibilities

• Performs assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic, psychologic and cognitive status.
• Formulates a goal directed plan of care based on nursing diagnoses and patient outcomes.
• Implements care consistently to reach desired patient outcomes through nursing processes.
• Establishes priorities of patient care based on needs and available resources.
• Performs efficiently in emergencies following established protocols and documents events.
• Maintains knowledge across medical/surgical care, pharmacology, labs, safety and emergency equipment.
• Documents duties on floor and in patient records timely and concisely.
• Works as part of a team in delivering patient care.
• Maintains CPR/ACLS/PALS certification as required.
• Attends mandatory in-services and staff meetings.
