Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate staff.
• Understanding of patient acuity levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage Human Resources and staff in the unit.
• Direct patient care activities and ensure quality of nursing practice and standards.
• Monitor unit budgets and contribute to performance improvement projects.
• Serve as a role model and clinical resource for colleagues, staff and patients.
