Zusammenfassung

Bayhealth is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Operating Room to lead daily OR operations in the Kent Campus area. This supervisor role works with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care, staff engagement, and smooth daily operations.

The ANM will coach staff, manage scheduling, and participate in performance development while maintaining a positive work environment and adherence to policy standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• RN license and BLS certification are required.
• Minimum of three years of operating room nursing experience is required; leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily OR unit operations and staffing under the Nurse Manager.
• Coordinate patient flow, ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• mentor and develop OR nursing staff, promote best practices.
• assist in scheduling, education programs, and performance evaluations.
• promote open communication and teamwork across the care team.
• monitor quality measures and improve patient outcomes.
