Qualifications

• BSN required and Maryland RN license.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum 2+ years operating room nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of leadership/management experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily OR operations, staffing, and patient flow.
• Lead, coach, and develop OR nursing staff.
• Support regulatory and survey readiness.
