Responsibilities

• The Assistant Nurse Manager has twenty four-hour accountabilities for the operational management of the Operating Room.
• Directs clinical nursing rounds and monitors Press Ganey reports.
• Promotes shared governance and staff development.
• Reviews the Performance Improvement plan annually.
