KingRecruitingServices seeks a Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room as a Circulator, delivering safe perioperative care.

Requirements: NC license (or Compact), BLS in 30 days, ACLS in 90 days, ADN (BSN preferred), 2+ years in OR Circulating RN with ortho/GA/daVinci/OB-GYN cases. 7:00–15:30, 1–2 on-call shifts.

Salary $70,000–$90,000 USD yearly with benefits: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, signing bonus, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license or Compact license with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of OR surgery experience as Circulating RN.
• Experience with orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci, and OB/GYN procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Deliver age-appropriate and procedure-specific nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
