Job summary

Acloché LLC in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room as a Circulator. You will join a dynamic surgical team delivering safe, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

This mid-level role requires proactive planning, collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and precise perioperative documentation. Dedicated candidates with NC license, BLS/ACLS timelines, and 2 years OR experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold North Carolina RN license or Compact license.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years OR experience as Circulator RN; orthopedic, general surgery, OB/GYN exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists and nurses to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all procedures.
• Anticipate needs and support a smooth surgical workflow.
• Deliver perioperative nursing care appropriate to each procedure and patient age.

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing
