Job Juncture in Rutherfordton, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse, Operating Room Circulator. You will support the surgical team through pre-, intra-, and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Standard shifts 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with 1–2 on-call shifts weekly. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina State License or Compact License with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate’s degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
• Anticipate needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
