Job summary

Htprof in Rutherfordton, NC seeks a Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room Circulation for a direct hire role. Must hold a NC RN license or compact license with NC endorsement, plus BLS and ACLS certs, and have at least 2 years in Surgery/OR Circulation.

Qualifications

• North Carolina licensed RN or NC compact license required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and OR Circulation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to uphold patient safety.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to support seamless operational flow.
• Provide age- and procedure-appropriate nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in medical records.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists for superior patient outcomes.
