Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC in the United States seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as an Operating Room Circulator. This mid-level role emphasizes proactive patient safety, collaboration with surgeons and anesthesiologists, and meticulous perioperative documentation.

You will run pre-, intra-, and post-operative care in a dynamic surgical setting. The position requires an active NC RN license (or compact) and BLS/ACLS within stated timelines, with 2+ years in Surgery/OR Circulating RN

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license or Compact license with NC endorsement.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Associate's degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Surgery and Operating Room Circulating RN roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments to ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons and anesthesiologists, to provide optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation for all surgical procedures.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring a smooth workflow.
• Deliver age-appropriate and procedure-specific nursing care throughout the perioperative process.
