Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care per policy.
• Formulate and update a care plan with patient/family input.
• Coordinate and supervise care delivery with the health team.
• Document care and patient responses accurately in records.
• Support department leadership and quality improvement activities.
