Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC seeks a dedicated registered nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. You will coordinate with the care team to deliver high-quality nursing services aligned with standards and patient needs.

Responsibilities include care planning, patient teaching, discharge planning, and documentation. A valid RN license, BLS/ACLS, and perioperative experience are required; a sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Current RN license in state of practice; compact or temporary license acceptable.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 90 days if pediatric ASC is assigned.
• Core perioperative experience; PeriOp101 program completion within 4 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and educational aspects.
• Formulate and implement care plans with discharge planning.
• Coordinate and supervise care while ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Document assessments, plans and outcomes diligently in the patient record.
• Provide evidence-based care and participate in department leadership and mentoring.
