Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC in Arizona Peoria seeks a registered nurse to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in line with professional standards and organizational policies. You will collaborate with the health care team, document care and ensure timely, safe patient outcomes.

This role requires active RN licensure, BLS/ACLS, with PALS within 90 days if pediatrics are involved, and at least 1 year of OR or similar experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing (or higher) required.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 90 days if assigned ASC pediatrics.
• Core experience: 1+ year RN in OR or related areas with manager approval.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning domains.
• Formulates and updates plans of care with input from patient, family and health team.
• Delivers plan of care through direct care, coordination, delegation and supervision.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises plans with the team.
• Documents assessments, plans, interventions and outcomes in the chart.
• Supports evidence-based practice and mentoring of staff when appropriate.
• Promotes high-quality, safe patient care and participates in quality initiatives.
• May provide relief charge for staff/workflow in some locations.
