Job summary

Bucks County Surgical Suites Highpoint is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide nursing care during surgery. Responsibilities include positioning, prepping, and circulating the case, with care across age groups in the operating room.

The role supports patient safety and quality improvement while aligning with OR policies. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with PA licensure and hold BLS/ACLS/PALS within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
• Active RN license in PA.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS required upon hire and within one year of hire.
• Ability to Scrub and Circulate as needed.
• One year intra-operative experience required.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Position the patient for surgery.
• Prep the patient for surgery.
• Circulate the case during surgery.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for all age patients in OR.
