Job summary

Bucks County Surgical Suites Highpoint is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide nursing care during surgery. You will position and prep patients and circulate cases, delivering care across age groups in the operating room.

The role requires PA RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS within 1 year, and at least 1 year of intra-operative experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is available to eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; PA RN license required.
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS required within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to scrub and circulate as needed.
• Minimum 1 year intra-operative experience.
• Ability to make nursing-judgment-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Position, prep, and circulate during surgery.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care for all ages in OR.
• Communicate with physicians, patients, families, and staff across departments.
• Support Nurse Manager/Director with quality improvement initiatives.
