Atlas Healthcare Partners is hiring a Full-Time RN at Banner Surgery Center – Union Hills in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on ambulatory surgical nursing, including assessment, planning, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements: Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing, active RN license in AZ, BLS and ACLS; PALS within 90 days if pediatrics. OR/perioperative RN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Current, valid RN license in state of practice (AZ preferred).
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS within 90 days if pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care for surgical patients.
• Implement care plans and coordinate with the care team.
• Document care actions and patient responses in the medical record.
• Promote evidence-based nursing care and participate in quality initiatives.
