Job summary

The role requires an RN with an accredited nursing degree, an active Florida license, and basic computer skills to collaborate with maintenance, marketing, and clinical teams to optimize workflow and patient care.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with healthcare software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling of procedures and surgical calendar.
• Supervise staff and coordinate scheduling and staffing.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and supply levels.
• Handle HR tasks, safety, and compliance.
• Support QA/QI, risk management, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with marketing initiatives as needed.
