Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks a Charge Nurse RN to oversee day-to-day operations at our surgery center, including procedure scheduling, staffing, inventory, HR tasks, and QA. This role supports risk management and safety programs while coordinating with leadership.

The Charge Nurse will supervise staff, ensure policy adherence, monitor workflow, and participate in QA activities to maintain high care standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State RN license.
• Current BCLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the surgery center.
• Oversee scheduling of procedures and staff.
• Inventory control and QA/risk management.
• Coordinate with administration and managers.
• Lead staff meetings and training.
